Terms of Service

The agreement between you and EduSuite when using this site or our software.

1. Acceptance

By using edusuitegh.com or any EduSuite-hosted instance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

EduSuite is an education management system built on Odoo 18 Community. We deliver it as managed software, deployed per school on dedicated infrastructure.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy of data entered into your EduSuite instance.
  • Keep account credentials confidential and use 2FA where available.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable Ghanaian regulations.

4. Fees

Subscription and add-on fees are billed in advance per the agreement signed with your school. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual property

EduSuite branding, custom modules, and documentation are the property of Number Seven Solutions. The Odoo Community framework is licensed under LGPL-3.

6. Liability

We provide the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate per the contract. On termination, customer data will be made available for export for 30 days, after which it is purged.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
