Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

EduSuite EMS is operated by Number Seven Solutions ("we", "us"), based in Accra, Ghana. This policy describes how we handle data submitted through edusuitegh.com and our customer-hosted EduSuite instances.

2. What we collect

• Marketing site forms: name, email, phone, school name, role, demo preferences, and any message content you submit.
• Customer instances: data your school enters into its own EduSuite database (students, staff, finance). This data is hosted in a private database dedicated to your school.
• Cookies & analytics: standard session cookies and (optionally) Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage.

3. How we use it

• To respond to demo and contact requests.
• To deliver, support and improve EduSuite for your school.
• To send service updates (and, where you have opted in, occasional product news).

4. Storage & security

Marketing-site submissions are stored on our managed Odoo instance. Customer-school data is stored on a dedicated VPS provisioned for that school, with encrypted offsite daily backups. Access is role-based and protected by strong passwords and 2FA.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, payment, SMS, email), under written agreements.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing hello@edusuitegh.com. School-administered data should be requested through your school's data controller.

7. Retention

Marketing leads are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Customer-school data is retained for the life of the contract plus 30 days, after which it is purged from active systems.
